Account Manager - Developer Relationship Management

Responsibilities :
Plan and execute strategies for primary market (targeted developer) to capture market share.
Ensure CIMB Banks' strong presence and coverage in targeted projects and geographical areas.
Deepen relationship with key referral sources; respond quickly and efficiently to referrals' needs.
Prepare creative end-financing proposals.
Monitor penetration rate and contribution / performance of sales team on targeted developers and projects approved for end-financing scheme. Recommend solution if end-financing penetration is below target.
Assist & support sales team in developer tie-up / issue resolution.
Provide structured end-financing training & guide to sales centres.
Requirements :
Recognized Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Marketing or any related discipline.
Possess at least 3 years of related working experience
Prior working experience in the developer office will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in both written and verbal and possess strong interpersonal skills.
An analytical mind combined with good strategic thinking ability.
A good team player who is able to work effectively in a team environment.
A self-starter and highly motivated individual.
