CIMB Bank rewards SME customers with BizLoyalty Programme

First-of-its-kind privileges offered as a one-stop solution for business needs 

Kuala Lumpur: CIMB Bank today officially launched the BizLoyalty Programme, the first-of-its-kind loyalty programme for small and medium enterprise (SME) customers in Malaysia. The programme, a result of a collaborative effort with leading market players from various industries, is aimed at providing SMEs a one-stop solution to meet their various business needs.

The BizLoyalty Programme was launched today. The event was officiated by Dato’ Sri Nazir Razak, Group Chief Executive, CIMB Group along with Dato' Sri Zamzamzairani Isa, Group Chief Executive Officer, Telekom Malaysia Berhad; Zakri Khir, Chief Executive Officer, Allianz; Abdul Karim Md Lassim, Chief Executive Officer, Touch ‘n Go; Michael Cho, Managing Director, Sage Software; Yeo Swee Key, Regional Inside Sales Director, Dell Malaysia and Singapore; and Sandy Lee, Senior Marketing Manager, Canon Marketing Malaysia.

“This collaboration between CIMB and the various market leaders will be beneficial to SMEs in all aspects - not only financially but non-financially as well. The products and services offered in the BizLoyalty Programme are principally focused on business needs - thus giving SMEs the extra edge to stay ahead of the competition,” said Nazir.

To enjoy the BizLoyalty Programme privileges, customers need to sign up for a BizLoyalty current account that comes with an online business banking facility - BizChannel, which helps SMEs automate account transactions and payrolls. Three packages are offered under the BizLoyalty current account - Basic, Plus and Premier - and are differentiated by annual subscription fees and access fees to BizChannel. Customers earn BizPoints as they perform their banking transactions and these points can be used to redeem a variety of goods and services offered by the BizLoyalty Programme partners.

This enables BizLoyalty members to enjoy, among others, waiver of the first month subscription fee and initial fees worth up to RM1,399 for TM UniFi and Office in a Box packages; RM400 cash redemption on Canon printer products; RM100 cash redemption from Dell Malaysia’s computer products; RM200 cash redemption on Sage’s accounting softwares, RM250 cash redemptions for Allianz insurance premiums, discounts for Touch ‘n Go SmartTAGs and many more.
